Judicial wing of Establishment department functions are as follows: Court matters and Anti Corruption cases Service appeals filed by Civil Servants in the K P Services Tribunal Writ Petitions/Appeals in the Supreme Court of Pakistan/Federal Shariat Court/ High Court Civil Suits/Appeals in the Civil Courts Coordination and preparation of Para-wise comments in court cases To pursue service related cases in various courts/tribunal To assist the Departments in litigation cases pertaining to service matters Anti Corruption cases of BS-17 and above for permission of Open enquiries against civil servants of BS-19 and above Registration of cases against officers in BS-19 and above Arrest of public servants in BS-17 and above Filing of challans in the court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption.
