- Collects Cypher documents from the Department of Communication, Security and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad
- Communication of Cypher Documents of Provincial high grade Cypher , system to all the sub-holders in KP
- Receives security clearance of cypher personnel in KP
- Cypher training for cypher personnel
